State Cup Tournament
Bryn's team has been training for this all year. To be 1st in State....winning state cup. With 3 days of practice every week and 2 games a week.. The coaches had a one rule that we couldn't be scored on and if we did the consequence was to 1) score 2 goals or 2) run suicides. In the season they only ran 2 suicides and all though it was only 2 it wasn't fun to do it, they were in tears running. And they had to run them after they finished playing their game. It hurt watching. But in the end it worked out to our benefit. We won state cup. 1st in the State of Utah for U12 and now that means we move on to play in the Far West Regional soccer tournament in Hawaii....BOOYA!
This game pictured is us celebrating the win against LaRoca bringing us to the final playoffs against Sparta.

Mothers Day
Life has just run away with us. I haven't had much time to sit down and write.
This mothers day has been a great one. I'm so grateful for my family. The whole week leading up to my favorite day of mine, Isaac has been making me things everyday, little stapled booklets that said to: mom from: Isaac, as much as I didn't like the mess he left behind I loved his sentiment. It warms my heart to know that the whole time he was spending making it he was thinking of me. Ah!
Early in the morning Isaac laying by me said "its your birthday" I thought its like that but better.
I'm just going to list a few of the gifts I got. Bryn made me a beautiful keepsake book thoughts from everyone. Gabe made a decoration from class at school. Elly made a flower pot with a flower in it and a tic tac toe board game. And Isaac made a notebook that says I love you on every page. I also came home from church to see some flowers & treats from Greg & the kids. This is what I love about mothers day, all the thoughts that go into making something for mom. My heart melts every time I get a gift like these.
Thanks for making my day so special.

Greg has been out of town
It can be very overwhelming when dad goes out of town but this time it seemed the kids could tell I needed some help. Gabe and Bryn stepped it up and did some cleaning on their own. Just another reminder at how cool these kids are. I love them.

All to often I will find Beckam getting all the books out and bringing them to me to read.
