Crawling

Today was the first time little Beck did some crawling (7 months). He wants to move so bad.

He turned the BIG 5

Oh how fun it is to watch his excitement in having a Birthday party. He loves to open presents...of course, but mostly loves to have his friends come over. It was fun to watch them talk about Ben 10 and all the alien forms he turns into. The best was the dance they all did when the theme song came on from the Ben 10 show he got from Talin. I think it was a good day.



I love how the best part is the frosting.

Cyrus didn't get breakfast so we made him a Birthday breakfast -waffles and ice cream. He liked but who wouldn't?

Book Reports

Bryn, for the last 2 years has had teachers that have book reports due every month. At first it was difficult and now she can breeze thru them, when she reads the book in time, this was a time she hadn't read the book yet and it's due tomorrow. So, we sat down and read all about Harry Houdini. The book is short and sweet its perfect for me and Bryn. Last year the same thing happened the Biography of Anne Frank. Great memory.

I got this in an email and this was the day that I was to reflect upon it.
"May today there be peace within. May you trust that you are exactly where you are meant to be. May you not forget the infinite possibilities that are born of faith in yourself and others. The line that is italicized was what particularly happened today. We received a check in the mail of $5000. What a blessing! Greg is on a new venture and we are getting close to running out of money. We've considered borrowing money but a couple weeks ago I read an article in the Ensign about a family in a similar situation considered borrowing to make ends meet. They received counsel not to and so they didn't. It all worked out for them. We actually felt the same way and I didn't freak out...cuz I typically do go CRAZY I know...but 2 days later from deciding not to go into debt we got this check in the mail. Isn't that AMAZING?!! The Lord has blessed us.

He is so perfect for me to photograph right now. It will only last for a little while because he is starting to ignore me and pretty soon he will be moving so, I gotta get what I can.
A little bit about this little man.
*I've been trying to get him to eat solids. He doesn't like it so much bitter bear face ALL the time. *He loves graham crackers.
*He is holding his own bottle
*Rolling over and sitting up for about 2 months now
*working on getting him to sleep thru the night.
*he is pretty much center of attention around this house we all love him to pieces.

Its my Birthday

And I still feel so sick. But I still got up to take Gabe to Velocity sports for some training because Greg was at Bryn's soccer game. We meet up there and the kids wanted to go to In & Out for a Birthday celebration. I thought...sure, why not. Once I got there I was feeling pretty yucky so, I went home and jumped right into to bed and slept for a LONG time...woke up ate something and then slept again. I pretty much slept the day a way. Its too bad cuz it was SO nice outside and it was my Birthday. I was suppose to have fun but I didn't.
I did get a lot of Birthday love on my phone and nothing from facebook until 8:00 pm from my sis-in-law. I was going for a record nothing and she ruined it. HA! Its funny how you look forward to someone recognizing your special day getting lots of love from friends and then it didn't happen. I can feel bad but I'm not going to cuz I got all the love I needed from my family. The best was 9:00 at night, while in my bed, Greg came home with a Birthday card, cheesecake and a beautiful orchid. It pretty much made up for my Crappy day.

Business for Photography

We are so excited to launch this new business for photographers. I can't wait to announce it but I have to.
We had a little go at it today with some of my photography friends and they loved it. I think its going to be successful.
Here is a photo of the goodies we had. Can't wait to make these little balls of yumminess oh, they are SO good.

Been doing a lot.

Bryn had a 2 soccer games yesterday. One at 6:50 a.m. I slept in for that one and then one at 3:10. She ROCKED that field. She mostly plays defense and cleans house (I might be a little bias but its true) but this time Greg/Dad had her play up and she almost got 3 goals...off my seat so close. We have had her play in other positions but she seems to gravitate to the back to fix it and then she isn't up front to get the ball when she clears it. This time she stayed in position and she was always in the right place. Thats a good thing she could be an all around player.

What else have we done.

Been having guests over to the house to get to know more people in the ward.

Greg has been working on his business: Business for Photography. Super fun can't til its all done.

Gabe's been doing lots of homework and projects at school. He has had a lot of friends over lately to hang out and play video games.

Elyse and Isaac have just been their crazy self.

Beckam is still being a pain at sleeping but his smile and fun demeanor makes up for the crazy nights.

UGH!!!

I hate this new blog stuff just another thing to figure out. I can't seem to get the header right its all pixelated. UGH!!

I purchased an ABC app for the iTouch and while it was downloading I went to make some waffles, I come back and Isaac had purchased 4 other apps! I asked him "why" and he said without hesitating, "I want more games."
So, the reason I purchased this ap was because cute little Issac can't say his ABC's nor can he tell me what a letter is but then later on today I find him writing his name in a book. What the heck he does know the letters and he can write out his name. It's so BOY.


He also made all these drawings on post it notes and put them by everyone's bedroom.

Root Canal

I spent most of my day in the dentist chair.
Hated it!
It hurt and I felt a lot of pain.
Who feels bad for me?!

I had the apt @ 12:00 it was scheduled for an hour, 3 hours later I was done. Then I had a babysitter lined up for 3:00 to go the temple but I was still at my apt. Finally made it home and made it to the temple a 4:30 and did sealings, and while there I almost passed out. Ha, fun stuff! But I'm all good now.

Studio

You see my camera on the tripod there? It was prepped to be used for recording and so I thought I couldn't use it therefore, I was out of a camera...not so my friends I have another one...duh!

Excersize

Yes, I like to excersize. I really do enjoy how it makes me feel but sometimes it's hard to do.

Sitting up already

It was an improptu photo shoot...he can't move...gotta take advantage of that.

Growing

This little guy is growing so fast....he is already 5 months old, sitting up and rolling over. He just recently had a well check and he weighs 17 lbs. 72% on his weight 38% on his height and his head is 34%. So in all, he is short and fat but I just can't get enough of those chubby thighs.

Big Sis

The kids had to walk home from school today because I didn't have a car to pick them up. Gabe made it home in like 10 min and then Bryn comes running in about the 30 min later but had to make a mad dash to the bathroom, while Elyse is still walking. Bryn heads back out to get her but stops to tell me she gave Elyse her boots because her shoes kept falling off. So, Bryn ran home in the snow without shoes. How sweet is that?

Its a New Year
