A little Vaca to Zermot

We love coming to Zermot. I think this is our 4th time...the kids think its like the show Suite Life of Zach and Cody. The best part for them is the swimming and its even better when you have the whole pool to yourself. Ahhhh!!!!

Happy Halloween

Well, we had a lot of Halloween festivities and all of them were super fun to do... minus the rain on the Trick-or-Treating but, lets say it was cold wet memorable evening.

We had the traditional carve the pumpkins at Nana & Grandpa's house. Seriously those pumpkins rock they get better and better every year.


Then we went on the Spooky Heber Creeper. It was a little scary for Isaac he plugged his ears the whole time and hid from all the people dressed up. Elyse laughed the whole time and taunted the actors. Bryn just watched and didn't like the music. And Gabe says "I'm bored" "How much did you pay for this?" And Beckam...he fell asleep.

I have just realized I haven't posted anything from his first months with us.

When we first brought him home his billi count was high and so I had to take him into the hospital the next morning to have it tested again...still tested high so, he had to lay on the lights at night and I needed to make sure he was eating well, which was a little challenge. He was a little confused when it came time to eat. He wouldn't latch on and was so hungry he would just cry but after awhile he figured it out and ate well enough to get off of the lights. He was only on the lights for 2 days.
He had his feet pricked a few times


He had a little time adjusting to sleeping at night. Thats odd!!! When it was time to sleep for the night I would lay him down just like I did during the day, he would sleep just fine, but because it was night he wouldn't sleep.
There were many sleepless nights and, at times it felt like I was a drunk trying to take care of him. I almost fell over once while walking with him.

He has been so fun to snuggle and just love. I sat around all day just holding him.

Here he 3 days old. I can't believe I got a smile out of him.





And here he is 2 weeks old. Everyone loves him and can't get enough of the little guy.

Bryn is 10

Love this girl. She has a blast at her parties and love to plan them. And I have now decided no more individual birthday parties we are going to do one big bang for the year and its going to fun to plan with the kids. Anyways on to Bryn's birthday this year she wanted and ipod touch so, we pooled as much money as we could to make it work and she only has $40 dollars to earn for it..she has already paid $20. She was so happy to get it as you will see in the photos...when I can edit them. I accidentally shot in RAW and that's an oops because I don't have the latest version of CS to support the file so, I will leave with you the announcement.

*She is such a big help with Beckam and she just loves to mother him...she is GOOD at it too.
